WATCH: Total Lunar Eclipse 2019 Live Stream Coverage – Griffith Observatory – Sun Jan 20 2019 #BloodMoon2019

Shalom, everyone! The Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, California will have live streaming coverage via YouTube of the total lunar eclipse, a blood moon and the longest lunar eclipse of the 21st century. The livestream images are from observatories around the world. The following is the video link to the live streaming beginning Sunday, January 20, 2019, at 8:00 PM EST (5:00 PM PST):

A total eclipse of the moon will take place on Sunday, January 20. The broadcast will begin shortly before the moon rises at Griffith Observatory, around 5:10. The penumbral eclipse beings at 6:36 pm. We will continue to broadcast until the end of the penumbral eclipse at 11:48 pm.

The eclipse will be visible anywhere from southern California. No special equipment is required and it is completely safe to view.
